By accessing or using LiveTarget (the "Service"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
LiveTarget provides real-time football alerts, Telegram notifications and live match data. Content and availability may vary depending on data providers and your subscription plan.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully. Illegal use, API abuse, unauthorized data resale and unauthorized access to accounts or systems are prohibited.
4. Account and Subscription
Account creation and paid plans are governed by the terms shown during signup and on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe policies.
5. Intellectual Property
LiveTarget, its brand, design and software (except third-party components) are owned by LiveTarget or its licensors. No license is granted beyond normal use of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, LiveTarget is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits or the accuracy/availability of real-time match data.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be communicated in the Service or by email. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
